Moving averages, VWAP and RSI on memecoins
Classic indicators were built for deep markets. Memecoins are thin and fast, so read them loosely.
EMA 9 and 21
On 1-minute candles the 9 over 21 cross is a momentum hint, nothing more. When price loses the 21 after a run, momentum is fading.
VWAP
The volume-weighted average price since the first candle is the average entry of everyone who traded. Price above VWAP means most holders are in profit, and some will sell.
RSI
RSI above 80 on a fresh token is normal during a run. Divergence, where price makes a new high and RSI does not, is more useful than the level itself.
Bollinger bands
Bands squeeze before big moves. Direction is not given by the squeeze. Use the scanner to spot tight bands across recent calls.
